Payment

We accept payment in US Dollars by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check and money order. Credit cards are charged with order. Checks and money orders must clear before items are shipped. If an ordered item is not available for shipping within five business days, we will notify you. You may choose to wait or to be refunded for that item.

All in-stock items will be shipped within five business days of receiving the order. We ship items from Coral Springs, Florida via UPS Ground to any valid street address in the Continental United States. We will use US Mail to ship to PO Boxes. Depending on your proximity to South Florida, shipping may take one to eight days. Contact us if you need faster shipping (available by UPS Air). Alaska & Hawaii deliveries must ship by UPS AIR and may be subject to additional delivery charges. If so, we will contact you to collect further funds before shipping. Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you a confirmation. Orders shipped by UPS will include a tracking number which can be monitored through www.ups.com.

Heavy/over-sized items cost more to ship. Surcharges are noted in the product descriptions and added to the order.
Florida residents will have 6% state sales tax added.

Online orders are processed through Pay Pal. Warranties

Products Only: Lok-Lok, inc. does not manufacture any of the products for sale on this Web site; therefore, any warranty claims should be made directly to the manufacturer. If an item is damaged in shipping, we will exchange it for the same item once we receive the complete damaged original, including all packaging and materials. Items damaged by customer installation cannot be exchanged; however, the manufacturer may offer repair or replacement under warranty.

Local Installation: If we supply and install child safety products in your home, we guarantee them to be free from defects and malfunctions for one year. If an item fails during this time (under normal use), Lok-Lok, inc. will repair or replace it at no charge.

Returns

30-day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it to us in new condition, postage pre-paid, within 30 days of order. We will either exchange it for another item or refund your purchase price, minus original shipping costs. Unfortunately, videos cannot be returned for a refund; however, if a video is damaged, we will exchange it for the same title.

Damage Exchange: If an item arrives damaged in shipment, Lok-Lok, inc. will exchange it for the same item within 30 days of order. We must receive your damaged item, postage pre-paid, before a replacement can be sent.

Return Procedure: Returns must include all original packaging, materials, documentation, and a copy of your invoice. Please include a letter of explanation with your address and phone number so we know what you are returning, why you are returning it, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
